Charles Cashin

Charles is one of the founding directors of PWS Gulf and led the team which set up the company in the spring of 1998.

A Bachelor of Science and Chartered Insurance Broker, Charles has worked in international (re)insurance broking, in both the Marine and Non-Marine market, for over 37 years for four international brokers including PWS Gulf.

Andrew Bathurst

Appointed a director of PWS Gulf in May 2012, Andrew has more than 40 years experience in both underwriting and broking at Lloyds of London including working at CEO level in very senior roles. An experienced Marine specialist, Andrew assists with PWS Gulf’s Marine placements in to the London and international markets.

David Fairlie

Having joined PWS Gulf Ltd in 2013, David is a Marine broker who supports our Marine account.

He specialises in providing Certificates Of Financial Responsibility (COFR) for vessels trading to US and US waters. In addition to COFR, David also handles Kidnap & Ransom insurance placements for PWS Gulf clients.

Jonathan Beauclair

Jonathan joined the PWS Gulf UK team in early 2023. A Chartered Accountant, Jonathan has worked in senior Finance and Compliance roles at Lloyds brokers; more recently, he has developed expertise and experience with the Marine market in West Africa.

At PWS Gulf, Jonathan is also an Assistant Compliance Officer in addition to having a West Africa role.
